Treatment typically involves a multidisciplinary approach, including medical care, nutritional counseling, and psychotherapy. The most evidence-based approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) but drawing from other modalities can be helpful to make changes and maintain recovery. Our work together will start with a thorough evaluation to better understand your struggles and needs. Next comes psychoeducation and collaborative treatment planning between you, myself, loved ones, and anyone other professionals on your treatment team.
