Welcome to Clear Lines Counseling

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Trauma Specialist in Maryland and Virginia. I graduated from Arizona State University in 2018 and have worked in different levels of care helping women and teens heal from eating disorders, low self-esteem, unhealthy relationships and trauma.

Clear Lines Counseling was created to help women find freedom from fear. This could be fear of getting into another painful relationship with the wrong person, your body, or the shame and pain past trauma. My passion is helping women heal the parts of them that are hurting and build a life that feels true to them, letting go of expectations that were decided for them. It is possible to develop a healthy relationship with yourself, food, and others. 

Our work starts with building a therapeutic relationship based on trust. I show up with warmth, humor and unconditional positive regard. I believe in the power of radical acceptance, self-compassion, and mindfulness. I work using a feminist lens and strengths-based approach utilizing techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC).
